Each single room is 920 sq. ft. in area. Capacity is 150 standing, 80 seated, and 40 with tables and chairs. Each has a kitchenette with sink, electrical outlets, storage space, and direct or wireless internet connections.

There is a divider that allows for the rooms to be combined.

The room when combined is 1849 sq. ft. in area and capacity is 300 standing, 200 seated, and 100 with tables and chairs.
